AI-native procurement infrastructure

Procurement software digitised the paperwork. It never did the work.

We're building AI-native software for the manual work in procurement. It connects the contracts, suppliers and spend data you already hold, so your team can make better commercial decisions. We're early, and we're starting with whichever part matters most to the teams we build with.

The problem

The procurement lifecycle stays manual

Spreadsheets, email threads, PDFs and finance data. Each holds part of the picture, none holds all of it.

Before you buy

Every sourcing request starts from scratch

The organisation goes to market without knowing what the market told it last time. No record of who was approached, what was quoted, or why the winner won.

When you sign

The contract terms are read once, then stored

Renewal notice, indexation, price review, liability. Read carefully on signing day, then filed until something goes wrong.

After you sign

Obligations live in spreadsheets

The administrative burden is heaviest after award, and so is the risk. Missed notice periods, unchallenged price rises, expired insurances, unclaimed savings.

How it works

The output is intelligence, not administration

Your team makes every decision. AI agents prepare the work and execute only what you approve.

01

Your procurement data, in one place

Every agreement, supplier and payment is ingested by the Epplit platform.

02

Workflows built on your data and governance requirements

From requisition to award to renewal, the process follows your policies, delegations and approval thresholds.

03

Your team works alongside the agents

Agents take the administration. Your team spends its time on decisions instead of documents. Nothing is actioned until you approve it.

You set the problem. We do the building.

You tell us which problem is worth solving. We build it around your process, and you use it before anyone else.

  • Insurance certificates are collected manually, supplier by supplier, every year
  • Savings opportunities are hard to identify
  • Contract review is slow and repetitive
  • Negotiations are difficult to plan and time-consuming to execute
  • Supply chain risks are not visible
  • Contract registers are time-consuming to maintain
  • RFT drafting and evaluation are labour-intensive
  • Supplier compliance is hard to track and verify
  • Too many spreadsheets are used for stakeholder and process management
  • Procurement templates require constant maintenance

If one of these is yours, or the one that matters most is missing, that's the conversation we want.

Why we exist

Data handling and security

Where your data is stored, how it is protected, and where we stand against ISO 27001, the Essential Eight and SOC 2.

Data residency

Stored and processed in Australia

All contract data is stored within Amazon Web Services in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region and remains resident in Australia.

Artificial intelligence processing is performed via Amazon Bedrock in the same region, so that model inference occurs within Australian infrastructure rather than being transmitted to a third-party service offshore.

Encryption & access

Encrypted, isolated, authenticated

Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit.

Tenants are logically separated, such that one customer's contract records cannot be accessed from another customer's session.

All access is authenticated using multi-factor authentication and authorised on a role-based basis.

Application and infrastructure logs are retained in Amazon CloudWatch to support investigation, monitoring and periodic review.

How your data is used

Never for training, never for sale

Customer content is not used to train any model, whether operated by Epplit or by a third party.

It is not disclosed to other customers, and it is not, and will not be, sold.

Certification status

Aligned to, not certified against

Our security roadmap targets Maturity Level One of the ACSC Essential Eight, with control design developed consistently with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type I certification to follow.

Epplit does not presently hold either certification.
